Just like in Google Analytics, when you add an app or website, you are required to give a timezone. Here are a few ideas to get this right.
Where is your main audience?
You should use the timezone that is most relevant to your website/business. This is usually where the most part of your users are coming from. Think of the problem when you will analyze your data. Which one of the following is easier to understand from a business perspective?
- The visitors convert more when they visit the site in evening
OR - The visitors convert more when they visit site when its afternoon here (here being where I am now).
Consistency with other tools
Chances are that your other systems such as CRM, Order Management etc. are also bound to one timezone. Having the same timezone as the rest of your tools will ensure data integrity (at least on the time part) across your systems and make data comparable.
It is possible to have different timezones for different Air360 users?
The answer is no and the reason is pretty simple: We believe that when working on a team, it's important everyone is on the same page. When different users can read the very same data with different timezones, things can get quickly much more complicated than they need to be. For this reason, timezone can be set per app or website, not per user.

How can I see what is the current timezone for my app / website?
Go to your Account Settings, then select the App tab. The current timezone for your app will be displayed as shown below. Note that timezone are per app, not organization wide. It is perfectly possible to have an organization with different apps on different timezones.

Can I later change my timezone for my app / website?
Changing the timezone for an app is not possible at the moment from the dashboard. If you got the timezone wrong and want to change it, get in touch with us via email and we'll change it for you.
