E-Commerce data is not tracked by default through autotracking, but through API.

Air360 allows you to enrich all your users data by conecting to our Purchase API. We advice to our clients to this conection to create more advanced  events and deeper analysis of their ecommerce website.

Just by conecting you will be able to retreive this data from Air360:

  • Conversion rate:

Conversion rate is measured by the attribution of the element/page to the overall conversion within the selected period. Bear in mind that it does not mean the conversion rate of the product itself.

For example, during the period selected 1st Jul 2021 – 31st Jul 2021, a user entered product page A and product page B, but at the end they only bought product B, this activity would be counted in the conversion rate of both page A and page B.

  • Average spent:

Similar to conversion rate, average spent value is measured by the attribution of the element/page to overall conversion within the selected period. In the case of average spent, the value will be the order value/number of user.

  • Order value:

Similar to both conversion rate and average spent as mentioned. Order value will be the order value contributed by the element/page in money value.
